Guest Portraits
Guest portraits are created as thoughtful, expressive artworks during your event, capturing the presence and personality of each guest in a meaningful way. • Per guest (single portrait): from R250 (A5) • Per couple (two people, one artwork): from R500 (A5) All portraits are created on A5 paper in Lida La Luna’s playful signature style.
Live Event Art (on-site presence)
In addition to per-portrait pricing, a live event fee applies for the Artist’s presence at your venue. This fee covers: • On-site artistic presence • All materials and setup • A calm, intentional artistic experience for your guests Live event rate: from R1200 per hour A minimum booking duration of two hours may apply, depending on the event.
Travel and Accommodation Fees:
Please note that travel to and from the venue is additional and will be calculated at the time of booking. The same applies to possible accommodation arrangements. Travel within Pretoria is included at no additional cost. For events outside Pretoria, any travel and (where applicable) accommodation costs—such as guesthouse, hotel, or lodge stays (for two adults)—will be added to your personalised quote.
Important Note On Total Cost
The total cost for event bookings is calculated as: (Number of guests × portrait rate) + (live event hourly rate × hours booked) + (travel and/or accommodation costs) A custom quote will always be provided based on your specific event. Live Event Capacity & Completion During the event, the Artist creates approximately two (2) couple portraits per hour (or the equivalent in individual guests). As each artwork is created with care and attention to meaning, it may not be possible to complete all guest portraits on-site. Any remaining guest portraits will be thoughtfully completed in the week following the event and delivered thereafter.
Constellations Of Us
Each Constellations of Us artwork begins with a single meaningful location, carefully composed as the heart of the piece and is hand-drawn with Indian ink and painted with light watercolour washes, on size A3 or A2. Quality photos of locations are requested upon commission. • Base artwork (1 location): R850 • Additional locations: R550 per location Additional places are thoughtfully woven into the composition, forming a visual narrative of connection, memory, and shared story. Each artwork is: • Created on high-quality paper • Designed as a unique and personal composition • Guided by the stories and places you choose to include No two pieces are ever the same. Each artwork is shaped by the places that matter most to you—resulting in something both personal and enduring. You may also request the inclusion of names, dates, or subtle personal details to further enrich your piece.
Artwork Commissions
