Live Artist Presence at Events: Guest Portraits
This service is designed for a wide range of occasions, offering a meaningful artistic presence that becomes part of the atmosphere of your event.
Lida La Luna Art brings a unique and reflective artistic experience to your event — whether it be a corporate function, private celebration, or special gathering (such as birthdays, graduations, baby showers, or year-end functions).
This service consists of two elements, which are priced separately (please refer to the Pricing section for further details):
• The live artistic presence at your event
• The guest portraits as individual artworks
Guests are invited into the creative process as their portraits are brought to life in real time, becoming part of both the atmosphere and the memory of the occasion.
Working in Indian ink and playful watercolour, Lida captures each guest in a mindful, expressive style using reference photos taken during the event.
Due to the intentional and reflective nature of her work:
Approximately 4–5 guests are painted per hour (± 15 minutes per individual portrait & ± 30 minutes per couple portrait)
Each artwork is created with care, ensuring depth and artistic quality rather than a rushed output.
Practical Details
• Portraits are created on high-quality A5 watercolour paper
• Booking time: minimum 2 hours | maximum 4 hours
• Lida arrives 1 hour prior for setup
• All materials and equipment are provided
• Guests receive one opportunity to be painted
• Portraits can be collected during the event
• Any uncollected artworks are handed to the client
This offering transforms art into a shared, live experience — one that lingers beyond the event itself.

Live Artist Presence at Weddings: Guest Portraits
This service is thoughtfully tailored for weddings and wedding-related celebrations, with additional care given to the significance and rhythm of the day.
Lida La Luna Art offers a poetic and memorable addition to your wedding — whether for:
The wedding day itself; A bridal shower; A wedding rehearsal / rehearsal dinner
This service consists of two elements, priced separately:
• The live painting experience during your celebration
• The guest portraits, completed as lasting keepsakes
As your wedding unfolds, guests are gently drawn into a creative space where their presence is honoured through art. Portraits are created using Indian ink and watercolour, based on photographs taken by Lida during the event. Each piece reflects not only likeness, but also the feeling of the day.
Due to the intentional nature of the work:
Approximately 4–5 guests are painted per hour (± 15 minutes per individual & ± 30 minutes per couple)
This creates a calm, elegant rhythm — allowing the art process to complement, rather than interrupt, the celebration. Guest portraits are completed in the week following the wedding in Lida’s personal studio. This ensures each artwork receives the time and attention it deserves.
Practical Details
• Portraits created on A5 watercolour paper
• Booking time: 2–4 hours of live painting
• Arrival 1 hour before start time for setup
• All materials provided
• Each guest/couple has one opportunity to participate
• Some artworks may be available on the day; the full collection is completed afterward
This offering becomes more than entertainment — it is a gentle, artistic weaving of your guests into the story of your wedding day.

Live Artist Presence at Events: Wedding Paintings
This service includes a unique, on-site A3 or A2 watercolour painting created during your wedding—capturing the atmosphere, setting, and emotion of the day in a single, meaningful artwork.
Objects to paint include a wide scene of the ceremony setting, the wedding venue in soft, expressive detail or the chapel/church. In most cases, the artwork will be gently refined and completed after the wedding (with no additional costs), using photographs and memory to ensure a meaningful final piece.

Artworks & Commissions: Wedding and/or Special Events
Even if your wedding or special event has already passed, the moment can still be captured.
Using photographs and shared memories, Lida La Luna Art creates meaningful artworks that reflect the atmosphere, place, and emotion of your day—allowing the moment to live on in a new way. Guest portraits can also be painted as commissions, provided that quality photos are sent to work from.
Guest portraits can also be painted in advance of a function, serving as personalised name place cards for each guest. These artworks not only guide guests to their seats, but also become meaningful keepsakes to take home after the event.

Artworks & Commisions: Indian Ink Sketches
A refined and expressive offering, these Indian ink sketches capture the essence of a subject through simplicity, line, and movement.
Whether commissioned for a person, couple, building, or meaningful object, each artwork is created with a mindful, observational approach — allowing the character of the subject to emerge through delicate yet confident linework.
Working primarily in Indian ink, these sketches offer a timeless, minimalist aesthetic that lends itself beautifully to both personal and professional spaces. Commissions may be created from photographs or shared references, and can be tailored to suit a range of purposes — from meaningful gifts to commemorative pieces.
Each sketch is thoughtfully composed and hand-drawn on high-quality paper, resulting in a piece that is both understated and deeply intentional.
